This website is operated by Pillowio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Pillowio. Pillowio offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

  • Withdrawal Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right to cancel the contract.

  • Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the business and consumer using remote communication (e.g. online purchase).

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by Pillowio and to every distance contract concluded between Pillowio and the consumer.

Before completing a purchase, these Terms & Conditions are made available to the consumer electronically in a durable format.

Article 4 – The Offer

  • All products are described as accurately and completely as possible.

  • Product images are illustrative; colours and appearance may vary slightly.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing or product descriptions do not bind Pillowio.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer completes the checkout process and payment is successfully processed.

For electronic contracts, Pillowio applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect data.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK consumer law, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the consumer must notify Pillowio by email within the 14-day withdrawal period.

During this period, the product and its packaging must be handled with care and returned in original condition.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

  • Pillowio will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as pillows) once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless the product is defective

Article 9 – Pricing

  • All prices are listed inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  • Price changes after an order is placed do not affect existing contracts.

  • Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund.

Article 10 – Delivery

  • Orders are processed with care and delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

  • If a product is unavailable, the consumer will be informed and offered a refund or replacement.

  • Pillowio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers.

Article 11 – Complaints

  • Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Complaints can be submitted via email to info@pillowio.com.

  • Pillowio aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.

  • If a complaint is deemed valid, Pillowio will offer a replacement or appropriate compensation.

Article 12 – Liability

Pillowio is not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling of products

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
